Ingredients :
1 cup kadale stock
For Tempering :
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
3-4 crushed garlic
1 dried red chilly
1 tsp red chilly pd
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
Salt to taste
Method :
In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds. After it splutters, add crushed garlic, hing, curry leaves, red chilly, urad dal and red chilly pd. Saute it.
Then add the stock and simmer it. Serve with rice.
